We hope you’re completely happy with your Herba Humea order. If it’s not quite what you expected, no problem. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

We kindly ask that the product is returned unused and in its original packaging. For cosmetic products, any hygiene seal must still be intact.

Would you like to return an item? Simply contact us through the contact form on our website and include your name and order number. We’ll be happy to help you with the next steps.

Once we have received and processed your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Return costs

The cost of returning an order is at your own expense.
