Herba Humea only accepts returns, exchanges, or refunds when products are returned within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging and in unused, undamaged condition. No refunds will be issued for products that have been opened, used, or damaged. |

Processing Returns
Once your return has been received and approved, you will be notified by email.
The refund will then be processed via the original payment method.
We recommend sending your return using a trackable shipping method, as the risk during transit lies with the sender.
