When will I see results from the lash serum?

Most customers see the first results after 3 to 4 weeks of consistent daily use. For optimal results, we recommend using the serum for at least 8 weeks.

How do I apply the serum correctly?

Apply the serum every evening to clean, dry skin along the lash line of the upper eyelid. Use the applicator for a thin, even line. Avoid direct contact with the eye.

Is the serum suitable for sensitive eyes?

Yes, our formula is hormone-free and dermatologically tested. If in doubt, we recommend testing a small amount on the skin first. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a doctor.

Can I use mascara in combination with the serum?

Absolutely — the Iconic XL Serum Mascara has been specially developed for use with the lash serum. The mascara provides care during the day while the serum works at night.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days via PostNL. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days within the Netherlands and 3–7 business days for international orders.

What is your return policy?
